      Join Forbes’ 2024 Best Employer for Diversity! As a senior trainer for the Claims Learning Delivery team, you’ll organize and conduct both virtual and in-office training for new hires. You’ll support Progressive employees new to their role (both internal and external) by delivering training. Additionally, you’ll specifically support estimatic courses related to our Home and Property portfolio. Duties and responsibilities - Prepares room for learning environment including verifying availability and set up of classroom equipment. For web-based training, ensures technology is working appropriately and is available to participants along with any supporting materials. - Uses practical experience or technical knowledge to make learning applicable to all levels of knowledge, experience, and learning styles using multiple delivery platforms/methods. - Manages class attendance, behavior, and pace to ensure complete content delivery. Refers potential disciplinary situations to leadership and/or Human Resources. - Provides evaluative feedback and coaching to learners. This may include, but is not limited to one-on-one training sessions, simulations, role-playing, etc. Must-have qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher. - In lieu of degree, minimum of two years relevant claims experience or adult learning.
