      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deliver end-user training for software applications using various instructional design practices
      - Provide onsite support to end-users during User Acceptance Testing
      - Create technical documentation for system use and training purposes
      - Collaborate with the Change Management Lead to align training materials with organizational needs
      - Conduct Training Needs Assessments and document User Stories for User Guides

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of training experience in software application development and end-user training
      - Proficiency in Adobe Captivate for building interactive eLearning modules
      - Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to manage training content
      - Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
      - Must be a U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident alien and obtain a Bureau of Prisons MBI or BI Security Clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in an Agile environment and supporting multiple agile teams
      - Familiarity with GitLab and Agile Frameworks for developing user stories
      - Ability to create Section 508 compliant documentation
