      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored training and technical assistance plans for grantees
      - Provide organizational financial management training and resources to meet federal grants requirements
      - Review existing grants financial management tools and create new resources to enhance grantee capacity
      - Support webinars, conferences, and regional meetings to disseminate knowledge on federal grants management
      - Travel up to 25% to provide onsite support and assistance as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
      - At least 6 years of experience in victim service assistance in American Indian and Alaska Native communities
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in criminal, juvenile justice, or victim services with training and technical assistance responsibilities
      - U.S. citizenship required due to federal government contract
      - Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance prior to start date

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience providing training and technical assistance to American Indian and Alaska Native communities
      - Familiarity with OJP grants financial management requirements
      - Proficiency with technology for virtual meetings and communication
      - Previous work with federal grantees and a client-service orientation
