What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored training and technical assistance (TTA) plans
- Provide organizational financial management TTA to grantees, both remotely and onsite
- Review existing financial management tools and create new resources to enhance grantee capacity
- Facilitate webinars, conferences, and regional meetings to promote awareness of federal grants management
- Collaborate with various justice-related disciplines to deliver effective training services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited institution
- At least 6 years of experience in criminal, juvenile justice, or victim services with a focus on training and technical assistance
- Knowledge of national trends, cultural sensitivity, and effective program implementation
- U.S. citizenship required by federal government contract
- This position requires a Public Trust security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing TTA to territories, tribes, or states
- Familiarity with OJP grants financial management requirements
- Proficiency with technology for virtual meetings and audio/visual setups
- Experience working with federal grantees and a client-service orientation
