What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct needs assessments and develop plans with a range of training and technical assistance (TTA) options
- Provide grantees with organizational financial management TTA and resources to meet federal requirements
- Perform comprehensive reviews of existing grants financial management tools and create new resources
- Support webinars, conferences, and meetings to enhance knowledge of federal grants financial management
- Manage the provision of direct technical assistance services to the field and evaluate training curricula

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in criminal, juvenile justice, or victim services with a focus on training and technical assistance
- Knowledge of national trends, cultural sensitivity, and effective program implementation
- U.S. citizenship required by federal government contract
- This position requires a Public Trust security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing TTA to territories, tribes, or states
- Familiarity with OJP grants financial management requirements
- Comfort with technology and setting up audio/visual equipment for virtual meetings
- Experience working with federal grantees and a client-service orientation
