What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and delivery of the Apprenticeship Program curriculum and courses
- Oversee organizational training projects, ensuring alignment with company needs and goals
- Conduct gap analyses to assess employee skills and training needs
- Develop and deliver training materials, facilitating sessions across multiple locations
- Track and maintain training records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field is helpful
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a relevant role such as Rigger or Machinery Mover
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and CDL training programs
- Experience managing training programs and curricula
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
