What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in developing strategies and supporting financial models for complex real estate transactions
- Evaluate client building alternatives and lease options through qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Review lease documents, write lease summaries, and conduct due diligence
- Perform complex financial analyses and integrate occupancy scenario planning
- Build strong relationships with clients through extensive in-person and remote interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in commercial real estate or a related field
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Familiarity with lease documents and real estate market data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a Transaction Analyst or similar role in real estate
- Knowledge of revenue management programs and processes
- Experience in conducting market research and analysis
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant real estate technology and software
