      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage daily cash processes, including reviewing transactions and resolving cash issues
      - Maintain account balances and perform cash forecasting and reporting
      - Execute wire transfers and ACH transfers to balance daily cash positions
      - Assist with regulatory reporting such as FBAR, FATCA, and SOX
      - Oversee the ordering and tracking of bank supplies and manage unclaimed property

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, health information management, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting with cash management experience
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in cash management and treasury operations
      - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or an advanced degree in business, management, or finance
      - Certified Treasury Professional
      - Experience with treasury workstations and banking software
      - Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create and use macros and pivot tables
      - Prior experience in banking or investment operations
