What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide oversight for approximately 25 correspondent accounts and report on their balances, fees, and activities
- Ensure proper accounting practices for local correspondent accounts through daily reconciliation
- Manage and report on balance sheet assets/liabilities for multiple currencies
- Collaborate with various business lines to address financial questions and issues
- Assist in leading OMBP finance teams on audit requirements from internal and external partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Advanced understanding of financial statements and balance sheet management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in financial account management and leading professional staff

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Over 10 years of experience in a Financial Institution
- Familiarity with Cost Accounting Standards Board (CASB) knowledge and adherence
- Extensive experience with financial statements
