What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand agency distribution
- Manage agents within a designated area through in-person, virtual, phone, and email interactions
- Analyze territory to execute strategic plans for growth and profitability
- Prepare and document effective pre-call strategies to support agency revenue growth
- Monitor agent performance and implement action plans as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Independent Agents
- Experience working in the Trucking Industry
- Strong organizational and priority-setting skills
- Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant insurance sales experience
- Experience in the Trucking industry is a plus
