- Monitor agent performance and implement action plans to support business growth

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working in the Trucking Industry
- 5 years of experience working with Independent Agents
- Strong organizational and priority-setting skills
- Ability to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience (claims preferred)
- Additional experience in the Trucking industry
