As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate closely with other UXers, engineers, and product teams, to deliver user-centric interfaces that not only delight the eyes but also offer an intuitive, seamless user experience. You will be involved in every step of the design process—from ideation and wireframing to final high-fidelity mockups. Your expertise will drive the visual and functional direction of our digital solutions, ensuring they meet both user needs and business objectives

You are ready if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• Strong understanding and application of User-Centered Design, UI component Design, Interaction Design, and Usability Testing.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and process.
• Proficient in design software, particularly Figma.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• A strong command of both written and spoken English.
• Experience working in a collaborative agile software development environment.

We are ready and within our team you will:

• Collaborate with user research to understand the needs and pain points of our target audience.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences.
• Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and other designers.
• Create user flows to illustrate the user experience.
• Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
• Clearly communicate design decisions.
• Present designs and gather feedback effectively.
• Participate in user testing to validate and improve designs.
• Stay updated with current design trends and technological advancements.
