What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead client engagements to provide innovative Human-Centered Design (HCD) solutions for digital products
- Conduct research, prototype testing, and user testing to support the client's product vision
- Develop best practices and UI/UX design standards for the organization
- Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused experiences
- Create and implement user-centered design solutions and patterns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading a front-end application-based team with five (5) or more developers
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design solutions
- Solid experience using Figma and full development life cycle with JavaScript using Vue.js framework
- Demonstrated ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability studies
