What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze insurance applications, endorsements, and renewal information for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with underwriters to prepare proposals and make recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of state-specific regulations and industry changes
- Identify compliance risks and escalate issues to the underwriting team
- Assist with training and mentoring junior underwriting assistants

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least five years of experience in commercial auto underwriting support
- General knowledge of insurance terminology and underwriting guidelines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in workers’ compensation underwriting support
- Management experience is a plus
