What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide user-centered research for specific Games squads in collaboration with designers and product managers
- Develop research proposals and frame questions with project team members
- Recommend appropriate methodologies for generating user insights, including interviews and usability studies
- Present research findings and actionable recommendations to colleagues and senior management
- Manage research projects to meet team goals and support the mission of the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of professional experience in conducting research and providing insights in a relevant field
- Proven experience in research collaboration on mobile applications or app development projects
- Strong skills in presenting findings and creating clear communications for diverse audiences
- Experience working in team environments and adapting to feedback and challenges

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in design, product, or user research
- Familiarity with 0-1 research methods and processes
- Knowledge of quantitative research methods
- Experience researching digital games or gamified experiences
