      Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

      The opportunity

The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) organization is responsible for providing Adobe employees with frictionless experiences, enabling them to collaborate, innovate and be productive from anywhere. As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be part of the User Experience team working alongside UX strategists, researchers, and designers to define experiences for a wide range of employee-facing digital solutions.

In this role, you will partner with stakeholders from every level within the organization and use your experience to influence the best outcomes in creating meaningful, human-centric experiences for the tens of thousands of Adobe employees worldwide.

      Examples of what we’ve designed:

      • The Adobe intranet and support center
      • The Adobe campus wayfinding mobile application
      • The Adobe CRM and customer interaction experience for Adobe Customer Support and Sales

      What you'll do

      • Lead: Through the use of our design thinking framework, you’ll advocate and evangelize the value of human-centric, inclusive design. You’ll be the voice of the employee as you partner closely with executives, product managers and engineering leads, inspiring the team to push beyond the current state experience.
      • Simplify: Translate complex user needs into practical design solutions that are grounded in user research and prioritize these in an always-evolving, fast-moving environment.
      • Visualize. You'll bring ideas to life and use design as a superpower to communicate and align. This will shine through strategy decks, storyboards, hi-fi mockups and prototypes. You’ll be able to clearly and confidently explain rationale for design decisions to a broad audience.
      • Execute. Demonstrate an appetite for details and organization. You’ll be expected to define user experience goals, priorities, and experiences that align with product timelines, coordinating multiple work streams to completion. You should show a strong end-to-end design process, with confidence in balancing time and quality.
      • Inspire. Demonstrate proactive and autonomous thought leadership and creative experimentation, along with an innate ability to listen and learn.

      What you need to succeed:

You’re an experienced designer with a passion for elegantly solving complex user experience problems, enabling tens of thousands of Adobe employees worldwide to do their best work.

      • Proven track record working in product design and UX
      • Experience of designing experiences for enterprise applications
      • Familiarity with design systems, patterns & accessibility standards
      • Proficiency in defining complex workflows and delivering pixel-perfect designs
      • Ability to drive multiple concurrent projects to completion
      • Confidence in presenting to all levels of the organization, up to our executive team
      • Flexible schedule to facilitate meetings across international time zones (specifically California and Europe time zones).
