What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Drive all phases of the user research process, from recruitment to analysis and reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
- 5-8 years of relevant research and experience design expertise
- Proficiency in standard UX research methods and experience design tools
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for user-centered design processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience aiding user adoption of AI capabilities through training
- Familiarity with principles of Lean Product and Lean UX
- Understanding of responsive web and native design principles
- Comfort leading visioning workshops with diverse teams
