What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to evaluate and enhance customer experiences
- Lead diverse research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Synthesize customer insights to inform product strategy and innovation
- Manage multiple research projects, prioritizing efforts based on business objectives
- Uphold ethical practices in AI development to ensure fair usage of technologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in UX research or a similar role focused on primary research
- Expertise in designing and executing evaluative research studies for digital experiences
- Experience moderating remote research sessions, including interviews and usability tests
- Proficiency in survey design and data analysis using R or Python, with familiarity in SQL
- Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and prioritize research activities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PhD in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, psychology, or cognitive science
- Experience experimenting with AI tools in research workflows
- Interest in exploring innovative methodologies and tools in UX research
