What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute UX research tasks to align with product timelines
- Advocate for user needs while connecting them to business goals and desired outcomes
- Create compelling visualizations to highlight insights and recommendations for design
- Collaborate with teams of designers, product managers, and engineers to enhance user experience
- Organize and document research processes and outputs to share with other teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or related fields
- 3+ years of work experience in the UX research field, with experience on large and complex products
- Experience in planning and conducting various types of research throughout the product development lifecycle
- Deep understanding of the Design Thinking methodology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in planning and facilitating Design Thinking workshops
- Familiarity with the Dairy industry
- Knowledge of UX design tools such as Figma and the Adobe suite
- Experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Matomo
