What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define the overall UX/UI vision aligned with business goals and user needs
- Lead user research initiatives to inform product strategy and development
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring consistency in design systems
- Educate teams and executives on the importance of user-centered design
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in user research, UX design, or human-centered product development
- 8+ years of experience leading and growing teams in research and design
- Deep expertise in survey design and digital experience optimization
- Strong understanding of AI-driven UX enhancements and data-driven design
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field
- Experience working with B2B and B2C research platforms and survey tools
- Ability to translate complex user insights into actionable design strategies
