What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service by answering product knowledge and configurator calls, coaching associates as needed
- Engage with open quote customers to manage their experience and deliver appropriate products
- Support high-value orders with expert guidance and assistance
- Perform additional duties as required by management
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a consistent customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in design, retail, specialty retail, outside sales, or trade
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service contact center experience or retail sales experience in millwork (doors/windows)
- Consultative selling experience with a proven ability to drive sales
- Experience working with blueprints and outside Pro sales representatives
- Familiarity with specific product knowledge in home improvement
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
