**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in government contracting or the federal workforce
- Expert knowledge of WordPress, Drupal, and other Content Management Systems
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, and Python, with an emphasis on PHP
- Excellent documentation and communication skills

**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs
- Familiarity with incorporating AI tools into websites for chatbots and other functionalities
