Job Summary: IPH is seeking a Workday Sr. Analyst who will report to the Workday, Sr Manager at IPH. This will be a key role in helping the business grow with M&A, workday optimization and collaboration across multiple groups. This role is part of the People Team providing Workday support across all of the entities.
The role requires being well-versed and experienced in Workday configuration for HCM, Advanced Compensation, Security, Reporting and Dashboards, Prism, Integrations and other modules that sit in the Workday ecosystem.
The Workday Senior Analyst must be a collaborative partner interacting with the Workday Team, the People Team and other internal departments, demonstrating expertise, professionalism, dedication, and empahy. Job Location: Remote - Pacific or mountain time zone location preferred. Excluding the following states: MA, CA, WA, HI, AK, CO, CT, MT
Main Responsibilities:
- A highly skilled individual contributor with expertise in Workday configuration for modules in Workday: Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Integration, Dashboards, Prism.
- The ideal candidate is curious with strong business acumen, a relationship builder with the ability to collect system requirements and come up with Workday solutions through problem solving.
- The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, have excellent written and verbal communication, are detail-oriented and are comfortable working with numerous stakeholders in an environment with considerable ambiguity.
- This strategic role should have 5+ years' experience in the Workday ecosystem.
- This role will typically focus on configuring and optimizing functional areas within the Workday system. This role is responsible for providing support to stakeholders across the Workday platform preferably within the HCM, Integrations, Reporting and Dashboards, and Compensation modules
- Deliver high quality support in an accurate and timely manner utilizing requests from our ticket system
- Develop, implement, and maintain custom reports, dashboards and calculated fields to meet the business requirements and complete bulk data uploads via EIBs across various processes.
- Coordinate and execute various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide training to stakeholders and prepare communication including Job Aids, Workday Help and FAQs to support Workday adoption and utilization.
- Stays up to date on trends and developments within Workday area of expertise, continuous research and use of best practices.
Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday configuration.
- Ability to interpret business requirements, recommend and implement solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Works under general direction; must be able to work independently.
- Workday implementation and M&A experience is required.
