      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop relationships and grow new business revenue within the video games industry
      - Cultivate and build long-term relationships with developers and publishers
      - Present company services, close new business, negotiate, and manage client relationships

      - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in business development selling QA, LQA, and localization services deals
      - Business development experience within the games industry
      - Existing network of publisher and developer contacts within the games industry
      - Proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships
      - Significant experience with successful dealmaking in the games industry
      - Ability to influence and drive results in a complex business environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of video games industry
      - Passion for gaming and experience with CRM tools
