What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with web and application developers to support websites and online applications for a government research institute
- Complete website edits and assist in gathering requirements for larger projects
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and document work in a job tracking system
- Develop training materials and manage internal procedures related to web topics
- Analyze website traffic and usability to recommend enhancements for SEO and user experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an analyst position, preferably in web development
- Minimum 3 years of experience with any Content Management System, preferably Drupal
- Minimum 3 years of experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to obtain Public Trust background clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of web analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Understanding of 508 compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience interacting with clients
- US Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred
