Shift times may vary slightly but typically include:

Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM-10:00 PM

Saturday-Sunday: 7:00 AM-12:00 PM and 5:00 PM-10:00 PM

DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown is hiring energetic, friendly, and CAREing servers to work at their restaurant, Bistro525. We have shifts available Monday-Friday from 5:00PM-10:00PM and Saturday-Sunday from 7:00 AM-12:00 PM or 5:00 PM- 10:00 PM. Ideal candidates will be looking for 2 shifts per week, including weekends, with the possibility to pick up more as desired.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide genuine and accommodating service to all Guests
• Offer menu suggestions, answer guest dietary questions, and take food/drink orders
• Gain a strong knowledge of our food menu, alcohol selection, and Starbucks® beverages to be able to suggestively sell to Guests
• Prepare for room service orders and deliver to Guest rooms
• Work as a team with staff and management to ensure Guest satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

Previous serving experience is great but NOT necessary! If you enjoy working in the lively nature of the service industry while creating exceptional customer experiences, then you have what it takes and we will teach you the rest!
