      Job summary

      We are looking for Service Advisors to join our dental team, who will assist with the smooth running of the IUC Contact Centres by delivering an efficient and level of call handling for both patients and healthcare professionals.

      As a Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for calls into NHS 111 for patients that do not require a full assessment.

      Main duties of the job

      We are looking for:

      Good IT Skills

      Experience of working under pressure in a busy environment

      Attention to detail and accurate data entry

      Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills

      Ability to be empathetic and a good listener

      The skill to manage sensitive and emotional calls from a range of sources
