What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform quality assurance testing activities and develop test plans based on requirements
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and assist in the development of Service Improvement Plans
- Manage trouble tickets and deliver consistent processes for incident and problem resolution
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and create comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project managers to ensure successful project deliveries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Computer Science preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in Service Assurance, Service Delivery, or product/project management monitoring
- General working knowledge of subject matter and processes to handle less complex issues
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ITIL Practitioner, CCNA, or JNCIA certifications
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or relevant job-specific certifications
- Familiarity with web analytics and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data collection and analysis
