Match interpreters to assignments based on skill levels, locale, and ratings.
Analyze interpreter schedules daily.
Assist customers with adjustments to assignment requests.
Keep Manager and Lead Service Coordinator advised of any issues.
Support OnSite Services’ Quality Management System (QMS) to continually improve the Division’s processes, procedures and services; and thereby increase efficiency, productivity, effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Notate any interpreter and customer conversations that pertain to the request/assignment.
Assist with special projects and tasks.
Ensure that customer notification deadlines are met.
Fill in for Team Members as needed.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effectively using interpersonal communications including tact and diplomacy.
Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and creative problem solving skills.
Ability to maintain high contact with interpreters and customers.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed and think and act independently while also being team oriented.
Demonstrated computer proficiency.
Work ethic with a focus on attendance.
Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in scheduling or staffing is preferred but not required.
