What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary contact for customers to schedule services related to product installation and removals at casino sites
- Utilize call management and scheduling tools to manage field resources effectively
- Schedule game transportation with outside carriers and manage related documentation
- Handle escalations and exceptions during the service workflow
- Manage the game scheduling pipeline and forecast to ensure commitments are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be self-motivated and well-organized with the ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and learn quickly
- Experience in managing projects and meeting customer satisfaction goals
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment under pressure of deadlines
