What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the post-sale order entry process for various services including high-speed data and video
- Verify order accuracy and gather necessary information from customers
- Facilitate communication between customers and sales associates to ensure satisfaction
- Enter orders into software platforms while maintaining contact with relevant teams during installations
- Create service tickets and maintain documentation in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required; one to two years of related experience and/or training preferred
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone interactions and data entry
- Intermediate proficiency in essential software applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- High level of accountability and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the cable industry, particularly in Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (C-LEC) or Business-to-Business (B2B) roles
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Single View
- Understanding of Return on Investment (ROI) and knowledge of port processes
- Ability to perform calculations related to discounts, commissions, and adjustments
