What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/OT service delivery for client-facing projects
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field preferred
- Experience in information technology delivery and managed services
- Deep understanding of IT and OT technologies, including networking and cybersecurity
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Prior experience working in federally regulated environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Experience in drafting statements of work and participating in client acquisition
