What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve technical software and hardware problems using logical problem-solving skills and documented procedures
- Assist multiple clients across different ticketing systems while providing exceptional customer service
- Identify customer-specific information quickly and efficiently
- Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate team to ensure timely issue resolution
- Provide End-User Electronic Health Record (EHR) usability assistance to healthcare professionals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, and/or relevant experience
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Working knowledge of PC operations and ability to navigate multiple desktop applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus
- Knowledge of medical-based terms and phrases
- Experience working within Electronic Health Records (EHR)
