      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front-line, level 1 IT support for users across multiple hospital networks and corporate offices
      - Monitor and respond to Service Desk phone, email, and request queues during assigned shifts
      - Manage incidents and requests from report to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction
      - Triage requests and escalate issues according to service level agreements (SLAs)
      - Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution, or a Master's Degree in a related field
      - One year of experience in a business, government, hospital, educational institution, or non-profit organization
      - Familiarity with EDP applications and data processing programs
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-moving team
      - Typing test required with a minimum of 35 words per minute

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a service desk environment
      - Knowledge of IT support processes and customer service best practices
      - Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar performance monitoring tools
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Experience in the healthcare industry or related fields
