      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as front-line, level 1 IT support for the enterprise, including seven hospital networks
      - Monitor and respond to Service Desk phone, email, and request queues during assigned shifts
      - Manage level 1 and 1½ service incidents and requests from report to resolution
      - Provide support for common issues like password resets and software-related inquiries
      - Track and prioritize open tickets, ensuring timely resolution per service level agreements (SLA)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
      - One year of experience in business, government, hospital, educational institution, or non-profit organization
      - Familiarity with EDP applications and data processing programs
      - Typing test required with a minimum of 35 words per minute
      - Must have personal IT equipment (PC/laptop, headset, home internet)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A Master's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration Management, Public Administration, Accounting, or a relevant field
      - Experience with ServiceNow or similar performance monitoring tools
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced service desk environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
      - Ability to work various shifts and locations as needed
