What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide front-line Level 1 IT support for a network of hospitals and corporate office
- Monitor and respond to Service Desk phone calls, emails, and request queues
- Manage and resolve Level 1 and 1.5 service incidents and requests
- Ensure real-time Service Desk coverage and meet service level agreements (SLAs)
- Stay updated on Service Desk tools and contribute to continuous process improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in business, government, hospital, or educational institutions
- Familiarity with EDP applications and data processing programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work various shifts as necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration Management, Public Administration, Accounting, or a relevant field
- Experience in the analysis, development, and implementation of systems and procedures
- Previous experience in a customer support role within a healthcare environment
