      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide quality, tier one support for all Service Desk supported applications via phone, email, or chat
      - Document end-user information and troubleshooting steps using ticketing systems
      - Analyze and troubleshoot end-user problems related to Microsoft 365 applications and other software
      - Perform account maintenance activities for users within Active Directory and other applications
      - Monitor, audit, and maintain user records and Service Desk documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting onsite and mobile users with hardware and software applications
      - At least one (1) year of Tier I experience as a Service Desk Specialist, Desktop Technician, or in a relevant working environment
      - Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
      - Demonstrated ability to handle irate users in a professional and respectful manner

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in information technology/systems, computer science, or a related area
      - Relevant certifications such as A+, Net+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, or ITIL
      - Telecommunications experience
      - Ability to type 35 words or more per minute
