• Participate in the design, delivery, automation, and support of infrastructure services and solutions.
• Builds, maintains, and documents infrastructure components for work assigned.
• Actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
• Takes direction and embraces mentorship and training from senior engineers; shares own perspective on processes and/or applicable trends and previous experiences.
• Demonstrates active learning regarding industry trends in banking and technology; suggests new ideas to improve current processes.
• Learns and follows recommended IT standards (e.g. info security, audit, compliance, etc.) as well as operational best practices.
• Assists in testing and evaluating new and existing solutions and capabilities.
• Utilizes technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts to deliver: mature monitoring, improved resiliency, and high availability.
