- General technical service skills, mechanical aptitude or experience with construction or power equipment required.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision and work Flex/Shift hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Some computer and software skills required.
- High school graduate minimum.
- College and/or continued education in a technical field a plus.u00A0
- Experience related to construction or power equipment service and repair is a plus.

JOB SUMMARY: u00A0u00A0This will require the ability to operate multiple sizes and brands of heavy, aerial, water pump, and shoring u00A0equipment, load and unload equipment safely off and onto trucks and trailers, wash equipment, check/inspect and communicate any damages when equipment is brought back, perform minor repair/inspections and PM Services on the equipment, work in all-weather types, great organizational and communication skills and ability to work with customers in a professional and courteous manner.u00A0 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0COMPETENCIES: u00A0u00A0u00A0JOB QUALIFICATIONS : u00A0u00A0PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: u00A0u00A0Lifting/Carrying 40 lb.
