ServiceNow Architect
About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of ServiceNow as a strategic tool to streamline our IT operations and enhance our overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the overall ServiceNow architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
Implementation: Lead the implementation of new ServiceNow modules and functionalities, including custom applications and integrations.
Configuration: Configure ServiceNow to optimize workflows, automate processes, and enhance user experience.
Customization: Develop custom scripts, workflows, and interfaces to meet specific business requirements.
Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.
Migration: Oversee the migration of existing IT services and data to the ServiceNow platform.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal ServiceNow performance.
Training: Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
Governance: Establish and maintain ServiceNow governance standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices.
• Expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, etc.) and workflow automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Architect, Certified ServiceNow Developer).
• Experience with cloud-based ServiceNow implementations.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
