Responsibilities (Core & Day to Day)
Own and drive L3/L4 production support / enhancements with support/dev team members, business stakeholders, platform team and vendors
Lead technical aspects of project delivery by collaborating with functional teams, business units, vendors and partners
Develop POCs and present solution options to senior leadership to help solve complex business problems
Establish high standards and act as the mentor to the development teams
Drive release management and change management processes
Implement process improvements by collaborating with the platform team
Contribute to roadmaps and accelerate the adoption and maturity of the platform capabilities
Provides retrieval ability to produce employee information for analysis and decision making, statistical data, and other employee-related reports as required
Lead a technically diverse team geographically dispersed in the US and in India
Travel Requirements
Willing to travel up to 10% for business needs
Bachelors degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience with e xperience with full cycle implementation in ServiceNow and e xtensive knowledge on the core ITSM platform, platform security and integrations
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party software using REST/SOAP including scripted web services, servers with extensive knowledge on HRSD
Experience in Service Portal and building custom widgets using Angular JS and in implementing and customized core applications including incident, problem, change, knowledge, configuration management and service catalog and e xperience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc ) and working a SaaS environment
Hands-on experience in configuration and development in portal, workflows, UI actions, integrations and k nowledge of key integrations and their mechanisms with multiple HR technology platforms like Workday and Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSO, SSL and other such technologies
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Strong expertise in Agile development/SDLC methodologies, Test Automation
Experience in release management and change management processes
Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application
Have prior experience in functional area of interest
Have interest in returning in either a full-time or part-time position
