What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Implement and configure ServiceNow platform capabilities, including form configuration, workflow administration, and data imports
- Collaborate with customers to ensure ServiceNow configuration meets their requirements
- Identify and resolve potential issues within customer ServiceNow environments
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new ServiceNow offerings
- Complete work within agreed timescales and key performance indicators

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow projects
- Detailed knowledge of ITIL methodologies and web software design principles
- Experience with common web technologies and networking
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in two or more applications
- Additional experience in IT or Software Asset Management
- Proficiency in a second language, preferably French or Spanish
