What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Oversee processes related to configuration items (CIs) and ensure CMDB remains up to date
- Research and provide recommendations for resolving issues related to the CMDB
- Recommend enhancements and improved processes to support the CMDB and data owners
- Drive the enhancement process through to successful release into the production environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in ServiceNow
- Experience with database management systems
- Familiarity with IT service management tools
