What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into comprehensive documents
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and ServiceNow Developers to ensure thorough and accurate requirements
- Lead the translation of business intake requests into vetted requirements documents
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of their requests
- Support unit testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing to validate development output against requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 3+ years of related experience
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst for ITSM, specifically with ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of ITIL IT Service Management processes
- Excellent problem-solving and data management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for ITSM, specifically with ServiceNow
- ITIL® Foundation Certifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Multi-Source CMDB/CMDB 360
- Familiarity with multiple Cloud Solutions (Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM, etc.)
- Knowledge of application architecture and service delivery modeling
