ServiceNow Product Manager

Key Role:

Manage strategic and business decisions related to ServiceNow product creation, development, positioning, and marketing. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in product management, sales, or a combination of both

• Experience with ServiceNow, Low-Code, or IT Workflow, such as Remedy, implementations using an Agile methodology

• Experience managing customer relationships and product build teams

• Experience with product functionalities

• Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with product management, project management, or ServiceNow in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, or CSM implementations

• Experience managing ServiceNow as a platform

• ServiceNow certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
