What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a ServiceNow authorized product trainer, delivering high-quality training sessions to users and stakeholders
- Design, create, edit, and publish engaging learning content to facilitate the adoption of ServiceNow capabilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge content within the ServiceNow knowledge base for end-user accessibility
- Support operations and maintenance of ServiceNow modules, including SecOps, IRM, and CAM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise tools and cloud services into the ServiceNow environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current experience and deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its associated modules
- Proven ability to create and deliver effective training content tailored to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience in developing learning materials and publishing knowledge content
- Proficiency in building and maintaining knowledge bases within the ServiceNow platform
- Must be a U.S. citizen to meet compliance standards for this role
