What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between Services departments, Sales departments, clients, and Trusted Partner Network
- Inspect and report on Sales pipeline to support services forecast and resource fulfillment
- Assist in the review process of Statement of Work to ensure compliance with company standards
- Sign and execute Statement of Work contracts for select projects
- Provide full life-cycle Engagement Management for select customers and partners
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of revenue recognition
- Act as a point of escalation to assist and resolve customer, sales, or partner satisfaction issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5 years of relevant professional experience or 3 years of experience at the employer
- Forward-thinking leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Influential with others, tailoring communication to the needs of the target audience
