What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead teams to manage professional services projects, including installation, preventive maintenance, and warranty repair for data center clients
- Drive and maintain project timelines while coordinating with engineers, sales, and third-party contractors
- Review and verify engineering designs to ensure project accuracy and efficiency
- Track Project Portfolio KPIs and continuously improve project processes to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist in the development of project timelines and address any project roadblocks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the data center sector
- Ability to work remotely and travel 50% to 60% of the time, including international travel
- Proficiency in business systems such as CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated skills in contingency planning and adapting to rapid changes in customer demand
- Knowledge of mechanical and thermal principles is preferred but not crucial
