What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple payroll implementation projects simultaneously across various partner businesses
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes, documentation, and tools
- Provide customer support through tickets, emails, and calls for partners and companies onboarding
- Cultivate strong relationships with outsourcing partners to oversee successful project completion

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll implementation or account management experience focused on enterprise-level accounts
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with learning new technologies
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer relations
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional and geographically distributed environments
