Your Future:

• Read charts and tables to determine the sequence of operation needed for changeover.
• Perform changeovers for flavor and format changes as efficiently as possible to support the production schedule requirements.
• Perform set up, regular maintenance and inspection of packaging machines.
• Completes preventive maintenance requirements as assigned, including dismantling, lubricating, cleaning and assembling parts of machinery.
• Detect the need for maintenance repairs, providing written and oral reports accordingly.
• Setup machines and provide support on the production lines and supports the line attendants in the daily operation of equipment to achieve output and quality standards
• Stop the production line for substandard product quality output or substandard safety conditions.
• Complies with all Health and Safety, HACCP and FSSC standards as prescribed by the company’s programs .
• Maintain work areas in a clean and tidy manner as prescribed.

Your Strengths:

• High school diploma
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Set Up Technician or equivalent role
• Able to work a flexile shift schedule
• Able to use hand and power tools and are mechanically inclined.
• Ability to work at various heights i.e. scissor lifts and step ladders
• Able to lift heavy loads up to 25 kgs
• Handle pressure and to set priorities as well as being an effective communicator with the ability to work with others in a highly dynamic and flexible work environment
